CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 230(FIN) "An Act relating to fees for                    
a commercial fishing vessel license" was read the second time.                 
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 230(FIN) be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Senator Zharoff objected, then withdrew his          
objection.  There being no further objections, it was so ordered.              
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 230(FIN) was read the third time.                        
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 230(FIN)
